Order Cancellations

     
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • Refunds

       
    • Refunds will be initiated for cancelled orders or returned items (if eligible) within 7–10 business days after approval.

    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

    • Non-Refundable Items: Opened accessories, items damaged due to customer mishandling, and personalized orders are not eligible for refunds.

    • Defective or Damaged Products

         
      • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing videos/photos.
